Take a photo, scan it, or attach the file directly — then send it via the quote form or email, along with your source and target language.
How to receive
2. Confirm your quote
You'll receive a clear, fixed-price quote — usually within one business day — with the delivery date confirmed upfront. Approve it and I get straight to work.
How to pay
3. Payment
Once you approve the quote, payment is due by UK or international bank transfer against a clear, fixed-price invoice — with agreed terms available for larger or ongoing projects.
Final delivery
4. Get your translation
Your finished translation is checked and delivered straight to your inbox, ready to use — with a printed, signed copy posted on request for official submissions.

How to order
Send your document through the online quote form or by email to dabiagnes@gmail.com — a photo, scan or digital file all work. Include the source and target language and, if you have one, your deadline. Most quote requests are answered within one business day.
How to pay
Once you approve the quote, payment is due before final delivery. Every quote is fixed-price, so there are no surprises on the invoice — I accept UK and international bank transfers, and a clear invoice is issued alongside the payment request. For ongoing or larger projects, agreed payment terms can be set up in advance, and payment details are always confirmed in writing before you pay.
How to receive your translation
Once payment is confirmed, I translate the document in the format you need — an editable Word file, a formatted PDF, or straight into the original CAD/technical file where required. It's delivered by email; if your translation needs to be certified with an original signature and stamp for official use (courts, immigration, registries), I can also post a printed copy.
